This Mallorcan gem is surrounded by gentle hills and vineyards forming part of the island's second-largest wine-growing region. The region is known for its excellent Mallorcan wine, which tastes best with delicious tapas.

There is a relaxed atmosphere in Felanitx and you can fully experience the Mallorcan way of life. In addition to good shops for your everyday needs, you can also visit the weekly market on Sunday mornings in the market square around the church of Sant Miquel. The otherwise quiet place transforms into a lively meeting place where locals and tourists stock up on local products such as fresh fruit and vegetables, wine, ceramics and handicrafts.

Not far away, Portocolom beckons with its beautiful bays and restaurants for a leisurely evening walk towards its black-and-white striped lighthouse. Other attractions in this area include the old fishing villages of Porto Petro and Cala Figuera, as well as the famous white sandy beaches of Es Trenc and Es Carbó in the south, all reachable within a 40-minute drive.
